Size Guide

Which size should I buy?

rho loungewear has been designed with comfort and longevity at the forefront of our minds. The Shirley shirt and the Alison robe are purposefully oversized to allow for extra wiggle room, the cami fits true to size, as do the bottoms on the waist but it should be noted that for Chapter One styles only the waistbands of the bottoms can be snug to get over the bum, but once they are on they fit the waist like a dream!

We would recommend you go for your normal UK or EU size equivalent for all products from Chapter Two, and in our tops from Chapter One, but if you are blessed with extra booty you might want to try a size up in the Chapter One bottoms in order to slip them on with ease.

Below you can find a size conversion chart for UK and EU sizes, as well as a basic measurement chart for each style to help you find the best size for you.

If you have any questions about our sizes or about anything else, please email us at and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

This size conversion chart gives you an idea of how rho sizes roughly align with the average bust, waist and hip measurements of the UK and EU sizes we have tried to accommodate so far.

*The bottoms from Chapter One fit really nicely on the waist once on, but can be snug to get on over the bum, so if you are blessed with extra booty we recommend trying a size up!
We’re aware this isn’t ideal, please forgive us, this is something we have improved for our Chapter Two styles.
